The shortage of healthcare professionals in recent years led to increasing demands for Allied Healthcare workers those they need for training dedicated professionals. At times, many individuals are interested in pursuing a career in this industry have one limitation or the other. Our Allied Health programs are designed to serve as an open door to individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field. This includes unemployed, displaced workers or simply individuals seeking career change, as well as returning to the workforce. The ultimate goal is to assist them in securing gainful employment and to improve their standard of living.
Our programs are focused on preparing our students to meet the current and future challenges in the healthcare profession. We prepare them for state/national certification and licensing through intensive classroom and clinical instructions. We encourage them to pursue higher education in colleges/universities within the state and beyond by providing recommendations letters and counseling when and where needed; and by offering programs at discount rates to our returning students. Basic Life Skills/ Job Search, Externship and Internship programs, career counseling, and standard clinical laboratory, as well as dedicated Instructors makes us a “School of Choice” to many.

Bio Of Founder
The founder and President Tejumade Veronica Falae (Mrs.) is an experienced Registered Nurse with diversified Nursing experience of over 30 years. She has worked in many Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Home Care Services, and more.
In 1994, she started her teaching career in a private school and developed such a strong passion for teaching mainly because of the life changes the training brought to the lives of the students. They were able to find employment and some even went further to advanced levels.
Mrs. V (as she is popularly called by her students) is an Approved Home-Maker/Home Health Aide Instructor by the New Jersey Board of Nursing, Approved CNA, Medication Aide Instructor, and CNA Skill Evaluator by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services. She is also an Approved Instructor by American Education Certification Association, a National certification body for Allied Health Care Career and Vocational Programs.
